Touch starved Deku
I really want more fics about Deku being touch starved and/or starved for affection like seriously there isn't enough to sate me.
This is a kid who, until really recently, had very little positive interaction with people – just his mom and Kacchan (And considering, Kacchan was nowhere near positive in Jr High but hell Deku was acknowledged at all, which is better than the alternative)
(I can go all day about how kids can be cruel and Japan's issues with inclusiveness and how Deku probs would have never been talked to at all if he didn't constantly get into Katsuki's orbit but that's a tweet set for another day)
He also has pretty much everyone shitting on his dreams until All Might says he can be a hero (Barely an hour after also shitting on his dream – good going All Might)
I just really want to see more fics about Deku getting used to friendly hugs from Uraraka and Kirishima, flinching at Iida's hand waving before consciously stilling because he knows that Iida isn't going to hit him... him being embarrassed by classroom acclaim which is CANON
Cute and fluffy fics dealing with Izuku growing and getting more comfortable with people is my jam and I really wish there was more so if you got recs please gimme.
And then I also want fics where people take advantage of it – people giving Izuku (esp jr high izuku) attention and small touches and he has no idea how to deal with it and it's weird but somehow it also feels good So good. He wants to have more.
So Izuku being willing to let people touch him however they want, do what they want with his body (which we know he feels is p disposable with how he treats it) for the chance that they might give him positive reinforcement – a pat on the head, being told he did a good job
Just consider – a hero giving him this kind of attention would have Izuku spazzing out, falling over himself to show how much a fan he is for the chance to get another nice touch, willing to let the hero pick him up and have their way with him behind the scenes.
A teacher, maybe, complimenting Izuku on his work ethic and asking for help below the desk after class. A stranger, brushing up against him, giving him compliments while their fingers play with his waistband, pulling it down so they can touch him directly
A villain, slowly chipping away at Izuku's morals, using positive reinforcement to twist Izuku, make him crave the pleasure of having someone look at him, be happy to see him, that he will do anything to further their cause...
It's like almost 12am and instead of sleeping im shirpostinf about the fact I really wanna read more of deku being a slut for the tiniest bit of praise
