Reaper's Game AU

TWEWY/Reaper's Game AU where both Katsuki and Izuku are killed in an accident and are both playing.

Katsuki loses his quirk or his strength.

Izuku loses all his memories of Kacchan. He's got none of it, zilch. He doesnt even know why he wants to get back his life but for a small niggling in his mind that there is something he needs to back to... so he agrees to work with this Bakugou guy.

Kacchan is obviously really frustrated when he learns that the price to play is what you find most precious and Deku's most precious thing is him.

(FD: i have zero idea what this is based on but i need it, pls,

would bakugou feel guilty that the most important thing in the world to him was strength while deku's was just him? would he lash out at deku because he thinks it patheric, beyond pathetic that deku needs someone who

FD: treats him so badly? how would deku feel if he got his memories back and he realized the asshole he was working with the whole time, the one he was pretty sure hated him at first, was his whole reason for going back? when it didnt even feel like he wanted him there?)

Oooh boy so this is based on my fave videogame. I would say that Katsuki would be pretty frustrated at first because he's prided himself in being powerful – able to be self sufficient and on his own. Being forced to work with someone to survive would grate on him, more so b/c Of all the dead people he's dealing with, Deku is the best bet and the nerd doesnt remember him. It's... startling and awful because he will mention something the nerd should know and he gets a blank look.

Being called Bakugou by Deku is too weird he cant take it and when he learns that they have to win to get his power and Deku's memories back... well... he has to do it. Because Katsuki can't take being forgotten at all. He will make sure Deku remembers or die a second time trying dammit

(FD: /thats so good/ hhhdjdjd godd he cant stand having him look at him with that blank expression, talking to him like hes just another extra. would it add an extra layer of frustration knowing that to the real deku, or his deku, with all his memories, considers him the most

FD: important thing in the world? im dying this is such a good angsty idea (:3」∠))

Katsuki doesnt know how to feel – like yes he's that awesome and Deku should grovel at his feet but being /the/ most important person to him is daunting & terrifying. Over their week of working together he'll grow closer. Maybe its love but he realizes Deku's important to him too
