Boy actually has magical girl powers due to a mishap and rescues the actor and he falls for the “magical girl”. Lots of tom-foolery funnies are sure to ensue!! “Last Day” is a recently released movie starring Aeron, wherein he plays an angel who's tasked with making sure his target's last day on earth is perfect up until their deaths (with time loops) until he meets someone who he wants to keep alive They meet one day when, after a signing event, Aeron is attacked by a youma (or what have you). How did he get powers? So like.. cue predictable magical animal guardian that has a master that's in trouble and they transfer their magic to a locket. He's now in charge of that locket and now gets the magic powers and the prettiest dress and hair does occasionally visit the PI to see family.
still spazzes over becoming Avalon, but he likes helping people and doing magical girl stuff makes for good vibes has actually followed aeron's career since his first time as an extra in a musical

has no idea how the hell he started investigating magical girls but somehow he's the expert because he just... happens to be there? currently freelancing as he's under “adminsitrative leave” due to a pending court case He's often the person investigating the aftermath of the magical fights (he's actually supposed to be a witness against corruption charges on people inside the police department but his boss wants to keep him alive and out of the way, hence, admin leave)
The detective on the other hand kind of seems carefree but he's totally a badass the moment things get tough.

the dark magical guy (I wouldn't say evil, but he does oppose Lala and her chosen guardian of magic) is kinda harsh. (may have accidentally created a portal into a dark world filled with monsters which are attacking people) ???
