People who are quirkless in Japan are state mandated semen receptacles for pro heroes. This starts approximately 20 to 25 years before the current BNHA timeline

This, of course, does not happen. A handful of weeks before his fifth birthday, Dr Tsubasa tells Izuku he is quirkless.

Inko is /devastated/, knowing what this means for her son. What is she going to tell his father?? Izuku, however, is ecstatic.

He's the only quirkless person he knows, but he's seen them on TV. If you're quirkless in Japan, you hang out with pro heroes. That is /just so cool/! Yeah it sucks he can't be a hero but he gets to hang around the, he can still be with Kacchan!

So he tells his best friend. And Kacchan gives him the strangest look. “You know what that means dont you Deku?” (It's not the first time he's been called that but theres a new lilt to it, something different) “I get to help heroes right?” “Yeah but in a /very/ special way”

Teeny Kacchan starts to explain what exactly what being quirkless means to Deku. It means being on his knees, doing whatever pros can ask

“If you promise to be the best for me and work for me, I'll keep those extras from messin' with ya”

And Izuku nods his head, amazed.

Time passes. Kacchan keeps his promise, keeping others from touching Izuku. Katsuki touches him all the time though, arm around shoulders, pushing him down and grounding his crotch against Deku's face, teaching him his place, and Deku loves it.

But yeah about that quirk. The day Shigaraki disintegrates the front gate, Deku gets hurt in the rush of students. Katsuki who pulled him out and brought him over to 1A is trying to push Deku to see Recovery Girl. Deku huffs and says he's fine. So fine in fact, he's more than happy to suck off the class, show off his skills to prove it. Katsuki has poor impulse control and wants to see Deku a little bit wrecked (some of his classmates have proven competent enough that he's willing to share his Deku)
