Accidental Baby Aquisition
Random bkdk idea wherein the two are pros and together, but they keep it on the down low to the point where most of their friends dont even know (TodoKiri does, and so do their parents and AM but idk who else.
This is fine and dandy up until one day...
“Ah, Kacchan, something happened I'm at the hospital” Katsuki was on a light patrol but is more than ready to fucking leave it to kiri “which hospital, what happened!” “I'm okay! Not a scratch on me but uh... I have a baby now” “!?” Katsuki is convinced to stay on the clock but Kirishima is sending him weird looks and encourages him to check on his bf but Katsuki idnt having any of it, because he knows Izuku is right and while he could leave shitty hair alone, he's a capable hero, he would be pissed if something happened and he got hurt wo him.
Essentially accidental baby acquisition where someone's quirk creates a baby between Izuku and someone else who DOESNT know bkdk are together and keeps trying to use the baby to get together with him, despite Izuku saying no so many times.
And then the other hero becomes a douchebag and tries to fight Izuku for custody of their kid (I'm like 60% sure this is not a thing in japan like it is in america) and BkDk + friends who know tey to fight back without revealing their relationship but when it comes down to their Privacy or their kid, BkDk come out and show they'll do right by their kid.
Maybe the douchebag isnt a hero but some very important civilian
